The Mission

MINISTRY & MUSCLE™ is On a Mission to BUILD His Kingdom on this earth through; Sharing The Gospel, Saving Souls, Transforming Lives (through the truth and love of Jesus), Strengthening Faith and Developing Community. 

What started as a weekly bible study workout…has expanded into a Community, Faith & Fitness Clothing Line and a Movement to Share the Good News of The Gospel through OUR Faith & Fitness. The Lord gives EACH of US the honor of being a part of His Process, by Witnessing in the Arenas each of us has been uniquely placed. It may seem daunting, but as Believers in the Body of Christ – We have ALL been Called and Equipped with Unique Gifts, to Use According to HIS Purpose and for HIS Glory.

MINISTRY & MUSCLE™ was created to make it easier, more approachable, more authentic, more organic and fun... to Share The Gospel (either in Word or Deed)….basically to Enable YOU to Shine His Light. Whether its rocking gym gear we’ve created that could prompt a conversation, sharing a post from our social media that a friend might need, or us providing ministry materials or benevolence you could use to start a small group - That's Why We're Doing This.
